I am partnering with leaders, startups and organizations to get better at cutting through today's complexity, expanding their thinking, and re-imagining the status quo, defining future opportunities and acting on them. 

​

Currently, I am Entrepreneur-in-Residence for designX at Massachusetts Institute of Technoloy and a former Affiliate with MIT’s Center for Collective Intelligence. I have coached hundreds of founders and corporate leaders for MIT, Harvard, and industry helping them lead transformations, bring newness into their organizations, and create more opportunities for impact.

Over the last 20+ years, I have worked as a senior executive instigating and launching new initiatives, building an innovation + entrepreneurship center for a university, creating new programs/products/services for corporate and higher education, and establishing global ecosystems.

 

I have lived and worked in Europe and the US and hold a PhD and MEd with a focus on Organization Design, Change Management, and Innovation from the University of Passau, Germany. I have a coaching certification from Columbia University for Executive and Organizational Coaching and attended executive education programs for future scenarios planning at Oxford University, innovation, strategy, and design thinking at Stanford University's d.School and MIT.
